Goods will be delivered at training sessions in the week following the order. Therefore, if you’re unable to attend training in the next two weeks, please contact
to arrange delivery. As no delivery has been charged, you will need to pay additionally for the shipping cost
It is unlikely that you’ll receive any faulty products as we normally deliver the products to you by hand at training. Please do check though, to be sure and advise us immediately if you feel there is an issue. We will happily exchange if the products are delivered faulty, provided the goods are returned in the same state that they were delivered and accompanied by proof of purchase. If you have paid for shipping, we will also refund the freight/shipping charges and reship without further postage and handling charges.

Wembley Vets is a membership-based not for profit organisation. Once you choose to provide us personally identifiable information (name, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.) you can be assured that it will only be used to support your membership with the club.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Wembley Vets if a purchased item does not arrive. Once we have been informed we will make the necessary enquiries to ensure the item is delivered to you (at training – see Delivery Policy) as soon as possible.
If the late delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control this cannot result in a cancellation of the order or a refund.
If your purchased item has been damaged prior to receipt we will replace the damaged items, or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods.
